Compost is a stable organic mixture resulting from the breakdown of
organic components; it is typically dark
brown or black and contains humus which provides a soil-like,
earthy smell. Compost is widely used as fertilizer and soil
amendment in agriculture. It is created by piling organic wastes
(garden waste, leaves, food waste, manure) with bulking agents
(e.g., wood chips) to provide an environment for anaerobic bacteria
and fungi to manage the chemical decomposition process. Compost is
stabilized through the maturation and curing process.

MXCCJ-1000 consists of a stirring system, a fermentation
degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a
heating system and a purification and deodorization system.
How it works
1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the natual composting process to a
24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.
2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical
agitation and an oil jacket for heating.
3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic
wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.
4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required
temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.
5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane
(odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting
process.
